In 1998, Indian healthcare stood at a divide. World-class medical technology existed — but it lived almost entirely in metro cities, leaving institutions everywhere else to wait for equipment, expertise, and support. Our founder, Mr. Ravi Jaipuriya, saw this not as a market gap to exploit, but as a barrier standing between patients and the care they deserved.
From a small base in Yavatmal, Maharashtra, he built something the industry hadn’t prioritized: a company that treated every region with the same urgency, and every institution with the same commitment — regardless of its size or city. That founding belief still shapes everything we do today.

Hospitals: our first mission
We started by listening — to patient load, specialties, budgets, goals — before quoting a single machine. Then we sourced, installed, commissioned. And we stayed on, servicing the equipment for as long as it runs.
Equal access for government institutions
That belief became our next chapter: government hospitals deserve the same equipment as the best private ones. We began equipping public institutions with the same cutting-edge technology as India's top private hospitals — because care shouldn't depend on a hospital's balance sheet.

From clinical care to medical education
Good doctors need to train on the machines they'll actually use. But outside metro cities, many medical colleges were still teaching on decades-old equipment. So we moved into classrooms too — skill labs, simulation suites, live surgical training, built to hospital-grade standards.
